Marketing Support Specialist - Bank

Banking Marketing Support Specialist

 

Working location: Czech, Praha

 

1. Marketing Officer

• Find new customers for Bank

• Find new business opportunity with existing customers

• Enhance good relationship with existing customers

• Prepare application and negotiate with other department to proceed the deal

• Prepare report to managements / Head Office

• Manage and monitor credit officer

 

2. Credit Officer

• Administrative support for marketing officer especially credit related issues (e.g. New credit application, Renewal credit application, Monitoring)

• Support and assist marketing officer with administrative issues (e.g. prepare for opening account documents, doing KYC process)

• Support in translation from Japanese to English/from English to Japanese

• Prepare and update various reports required on activity

• Support and assist customers with administrative issues

• Filing of the documents and assure proper filings of the documentation

• Proper record keeping on various activity of the department

 

3. CMS Job Purpose:

1) To manage legal and other documentation (Administrative tasks).

2) To answer, manage and resolve customer queries and requests (Help Desk and Customer Services tasks).

3) Having acquired the experiences and skills for 1) and 2), to promote the Bank's CMS products (Sales tasks).

 

Main Duties:

1) Manage CMS-related legal and other documentation - produces such documents for clients, provides support to clients on completing documents, safe-keeping of documents.

2) CMS Help-Desk function - Take customer calls, provides support as and when necessary, logging and following up on unclosed calls, handling sensitive customers with care, always report to senior member, and communicate with relevant staff in the Bank with regard to customer issues.

3) Customer user training - Having acquired a good level of knowledge on the CMS products, required to train CMS service users, over the phone or on site at customer's offices.

4) CMS Product Promotion - Provide CMS product promotion to Bank’s client in Prague, or other marketing areas such as Eastern Europe.

5) Other Front Office supports - Provide administrative support tasks for the customers i.e. documentation, sales assistance and back office operation support.

6) Communicating with London CMS Dept. in regards to daily CMS operations when necessary, attending CMS team meetings.

 

Required: Credit analysis, MBA(better), Financial skills Working experience with international bank(s) University degree and /or formal banking qualification Very good command of Czech and English, Japanese is a plus Computer knowledge (MS office) Excellent communication skills Responsible person Good teamplayer Quick learner Flexible
