Factory Plant Manager

A global High-Tech Automotive company is currently looking for suitable candidates for the position of Factory Plant Manager. This is a great opportunity for capable candidates, who wants to lead international team. If you have min.5 years of production management field in Manufacturing industries (preferably Automotive) and knowledge of English at least at Business level, do not hesitate to apply for this position.

Job Responsibilities
Tasks dividing according to processes:

Process: Production Management
1. Implement manufacturing strategies and action plans with focus on safety, quality, delivery and cost.
2. Plan, organize and control of the manufacturing operations in the most effective way
3. Initiative processes which reduce manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials
4. Preparing plans to increase the efficiency and profitability of the operations
5. Ensuring that the product meets the company’s standards, policies and practices
6. Planning, directing, and coordinating the manufacturing of products in compliance with company goals and objectives
7. Establishing and controlling conditions of production in order to satisfy customer and quality specifications.
8. Participating actively in standardization
9. Organizing and directing workflow for satisfying production requirement in a cost-efficient manner
10. Developing and motivating the cost-effective alternatives ad improvements to production process
11. Maximizing the efficiency of production lines and ensuring the effective employment utilization

Process: Production Engineering Management (Maintenance)
1. Coordination the maintenance function to ensure maximum production quantity and quality, while supporting the policies, goals and objectives of the company.
2. Initiates, implements, and manages the plant maintenance program with an emphasis on planning/scheduling and preventive/predictive maintenance.

Process: Logistics and Production Planning Management
1. Implement logistic strategies and action plans
2. Preparing plans to increase the efficiency and profitability of logistic activities
3. Coordinating and control the purchasing, stock control, production-planning and distribution to ensure customer satisfaction

Procurement Planning Management
1. Plans, manages and controls all aspects of the material procurement for all production items
2. Monitors the sales plan to ensure parts and components availability

Process: Human Recourses Management
1. Organizing and supervising activities of Department Managers (Production, Production Engineering, Logistics and Production Planning, Procurement Planning)
2. Improve manpower utilization within existing departments.
3. Motivating of Department Managers in order to improve business efficiency
4. Department Managers qualification development and job performance evaluation
5. Supervising and control of departments budgets
6. Judgment of reports done by department managers
7. Supervising, control and implementation of law requirements in subordinate department
8. Supervising and control of auditing departments according to ISO TS 16949 system
9. Maintaining employee safety and morale by creating safe working and efficient working environment

Job Requirements:
Education:  Technical University education
                   Postgraduate education in business or logistics is an   
                   added advantage

Experience: 5-7 experience on similar position
