A global Japanese Finance company is currently looking for suitable candidates for the position Sales Assistant. This is a great opportunity of the Sales position for capable candidates, who wants to work international team. If you have 1-2 years experience in Sales field and knowledge of English and German fluent level, do not hesitate to apply for this position.
Sales Assistant
Work place: Frankfurt a/Main
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Clarification of customer inquiries and coordination of relevant actions
• Process and Product Support across all merchants and their concerning sales(voice authori)
• Maintenance and visit / service calls at Target and Target Areas Merchants
• Ensure accurate recording in office systems, using all relevant customer/merchant data
• Direct negotiation with processors regarding processing problem
• Work closely with sales management, general management and European Headquarters
• Cooperation with Sales Management and Relationship Management
Experience / Requirements:
Successfully completed a commercial training or equivalent qualification
Experience in customer service, strong service orientation
(Good understanding of the overall process)
Highly durable, team-oriented, and flexible
Excellent communication skills, appropriate business manner in dealing with representatives of various levels of responsibility
Goal-oriented, pro-active approach as well as responsible, independent and structured work
Qualifications:
Fluent in German, good knowledge of English.
Good knowledge of MS Office products
Ability to rapidly integrate the team
Good oral and written expression, manner
