A global High -Tech Japanese IT company is currently looking for suitable candidates for the positions of ICT Engineer (Information Communication Technology) in Netherlands- Amsterdam. This is a great opportunity for capable candidates, who wants to work with international team. IT Engineer for Network, System Integration and DC
Work place: Amsterdam (Holland)
Opis stanowiska:
System Engineering
- Target markets; Benelux (main) and Scandinavia based multi national company.
- System implementation
- Network related; A candidate should know a basic knowledge of OSI protocol layer, Internet, Router, Firewall, Switch, Cabling, IPSec and WiFi. (Preferably CCNA certified or planning to qualify) A candidate should be able to differentiate between WAN/LAN operations and features. Working experience with basic LAN network (VLAN, STP design) is desirable. Configuration experience with Cisco routers, switches is mandatory. A candidate should know the basic firewall knowledge, such as ACL (filtering rule), NAT design and how it works. Configuration experience with IPSecVPN is preferred. (Configuration experience with Juniper ScreenOS firewall is advantageous, but not mandatory).
- VoIP; A candidate have a basic knowledge of VoIP/ToIP solution (CISCO based knowledge is better) or have a strong interest on this service domain.
- Server system related; A candidate have a basic knowledge of server rules related to network, such as DNS, mail, FileServer (SMB), ActiveDirectory, and other common networked applications.
- PC and Desktop related; A candidate knows Windows XP, Vista platform and related software and hardware knowledge; MS Office, outlook,
- Security related; A candidate should know a basic security knowledge for above
- Any other peripheral ICT (IP Telephony, Video conf, etc…)
- Trouble shooting and maintenance support
- A candidate needs to receive a trouble call from a customer. He or she must have good trouble-shooting skills and proactively work with a senior engineer.
- A candidate should have the ability and a basic skill to isolate the problem.
- A candidate must have good manner and good relationship with a customer and colleagues.
- A candidate needs to be onsite, offsite maintenance support.
2. Pre Sales Engineering
- Target markets; Benelux (main) and Scandinavia based multi national company.
- System design and proposal support
- A candidate needs to design proposal based on customer’s requirement.
- A candidate often designs and prepares presentation.
- A candidate needs to have the ability to create documentation for a proposal.
- A candidate MUST keep good customer relationship.
- Create a price quotation
- A candidate is willing to make a price quotation based on materials and labor cost.
3. Vender control
- Check the price and stock of equipment to local vendors
- Purchase equipments from vendors and delivery control
- Onsite, Offsite vendor management

* Minimum 2-3 years experience of System Engineering
