A global High-Tech company is currently looking for suitable candidates for the position of Accounting Specialist. This is a great opportunity for capable candidates, who wants to work international team. If you have min.3-5 years of Accounting position and knowledge of English at least at Business level, do not hesitate to apply for this position.
Accounting Specialist
Miejsce pracy: Warsaw
The main task of the Accounting Specialist can be listed as follows:
* Taking care of entering data to the automated system regardingreceived and sent invoices, bank statements and other movements in the general ledger (incl. EECtransactions, import of services)
* Filing paid and received invoices and otherdocuments
* Checking and booking the monthly financialreports of the representative offices (Moscow, Minsk and Istanbul)
* Checking and booking the business travelexpenses of employees and the credit card accounts
* Preparations of payments to be made to localand international suppliers
* Control of suspense accounts
* Assisting in preparations of the annualreport
* Issuing the daily outgoing invoices for spareparts
* Replacing the Credit Manager during hisabsence in issuing the outgoing invoices (ISM & HSM)
* Assisting the Credit Manager in variousactivities
* Assisting in tax matters, like Value Added Tax and Corporate IncomeTax settlements
KNOWLEDGE AND CAPABILITIES
* mid-level education or equal, at leasttrained in finance & accounting
* Fluent in the English * Experience with computer systems and PC andits programmes like Windows and MS Office
* Experience with accounting/ERP software(Exact experience is a plus) preferably within an International Trade orService company
* Accurate, social and a team-player
* Service oriented but strict in followingprocedures
* Minimum 3~5 years of experience in comparable job
