World Wide International Forwarding company is currently looking for suitable candidates for the positions of Logistic Director. This is a great opportunity for capable candidates, who wants to lead international team. If you have min. 4-5 years of Logistic experience and knowledge of English at least at Business level, do not hesitate to apply for this position.
Logistic Director
Miejsce pracy: Warsaw
Duties:
- Managing and controlling all logistics activities in Poland and all over the world
- Strong logistics experience of Road ( Truck ) logistics
- Supervising and Follow up daily order procedures and their control
- Keeping good relationship with customers ( International companies)
- Able to conduct Top Sales management activities
- Managing to Ensure that shipments are checked in order to volume and quality
- Managing to Ensure that trucks are ordered according to plan
- Managing to Ensure that transportation documents are completed and in accordance to the rules;
- Develop and recommend improvements in logistics/shipping practices top remote efficiency, high service quality and lower costs;
- Support in handling of complaints procedures;
- Cooperate on the daily basis with suppliers and logistic sub-contractors;
- Participate in international World-Wide project
Requirement:
As the ideal candidate you will have:
- Preferably have logistics coordinating managing knowledge or degree in logistics;
- Minimum 4-5 years experience in similar position in an fowarding company;
- Experience in road transport
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel);
- Advanced level of English (written as well as spoken);
- Organizational and coordination skills;
- Flexibility, creativity, thoroughness, communication skills and willingness to take responsibility.
