Job description:
1.When you receive the parts from suppliers , carried out necessary inspection and we make decisions on acceptance
2. Therefore, if necessary, to discuss with trading partners about inspection point each components before delivery is started and make inspection standard summary sheet. According to inspection standard summary sheet to check each components.
3. If it fails inspection, ask a corrective action and request (the pursuit trouble factor and improvement report ) to suppliers. If necessary, to advice suppliers
Requirement skills:
1. Ability to look at the drawing, to understand
2. Ability to manage members to conduct component inspection ( supervising measurement time and process of inspection for new staffs )
3. Ability to understand and implement the technical instruction from R&D center
4. QC report management for audit report (traceability, storage, archiving) of → ISO
5. Ability to inspect optical components such as mirrors, mechanical parts, electrical components, and lens
6. Ability to communicate in English
In addition, the following skills will be grateful
1.Knowledge of optical components such as mirrors, mechanical parts, electrical parts, lenses
2.Have the ability to design your own, like checkers and testers
Experience required
1.At least one year management experience leading a team
2. At least 2 years experience in similar work Desirable (quality inspection, quality management, etc)
