SQA Engineer (Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer)
International Automotive company is currently looking for suitable candidates for the positions of SQA Engineer. This is a great opportunity for capable candidates, who wants to lead international team. If you have min. 2-3 years of Quality Assurance experience at Automotive industries and knowledge of English at least at Business level, do not hesitate to apply for this position.
SQA Engineer (Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer)
Location: śląsk area and dolnyśląsk area (2 positions)
Opis stanowiska:
Main duties:
- Current supplier PPAP status,
- Managing of supplier
- Initial Samples,
- Process audit by the supplier VDA 6.3 (audit schedule for each 12 months, travel to the supplier, archiving of process audit reports, LOP tracking),
- Reclamation to the supplier (all 8D steps),
- Visit by the supplier in case of QP / verification of action plan after QP (QP tracking, status of 8D, effectiveness of actions),
- Supplier evaluation (monthly evaluation, PPM, claims, reaqctivity-8D),
- Supplier development,
- Managing of supplier special characteristics (safety functional),
- Yearly PPAP revalidation,
- Creating of Boundary Catalog,
- Managing of Master Samples,
- Communication of situation by the supplier to the plant,
- Creation of Incoming inspection plan,
- Participation in APQP process,
- Participation in problem solving team,
- Implementation and maintaining ISO/TS 16949,
- Internal process audit VDA 6.3.
Wymagania:
- Higher technical education;
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar position in automotive company ;
- Knowledge of procedures for quality tools in the automotive industry;
- Knowledge of ISO / TS 16949;
- Ability to manage people;
- Very good knowledge of English;
