Main purpose
- To achieve agreed revenue and profit results through the effective management of sales personnel of the company
- To ensure smooth business operations and development
Responsibilities and tasks
- day-to-day management of the operations sales network within the territory of Poland.
- supervision and coordination of the activities the sales staff;
- visiting branches and work venues of employees directly involved in the sales products within the territory of Poland.
- implementation and realisation the sales plans and Gross Profit plans
- formulation of targets for the subordinate department, taking into account the rate of return
- strategic planning of the overall sales and sales-related activities (development of strategies for sales and sales-related activities based on analysis of segment-specific market data, competitors’ operations and the company’s actual performance);
- sales procedure improvement (improvement of the existing sales procedures and analysis of new marketing opportunities)
- Development of new sales and delivery contacts People management (incl. recruitment of employees involved directly in the sales products and line management of directly reporting personnel);
- New business development (analysis of market data in terms of opportunities for launching operations in new market segments);
- Management of portfolio quality;
- Judgment and recommendation of applications submitted to the Credit Committee
Requirement:
- University Diploma – Finance, Economics, Management; good working knowledge of the financial market
- Min. of 10 years experience in the leasing/financial background and/or similar role
- (Business) English – fluent
- Driving licence cat. B
