World famous International Lubricant company is looking for Lubricants Sales Manager who can conduct Business Development Management. The compnay is a worldwide leader of Lubricants. This is a great opportunity for capable candidate, who wants to work in international team. Lubricant Sales Manager

1. Primary Job Functions

1) Conducts Sales Activity: *Collecting customer's needs, demand and production plan. *Developing and implementing sales strategies. *Maintaining regular contact with customers through phones, fax, e-mail,and visits. *Creating and presenting sales proposals. *Negotiating price and supply issueswith customers. *Coordinating sales functions with technical and financial functions inorder to best serve customers. *Resolving any problems in a timely manner. *Internally reporting all Managers related activity, including customerprogress, meetings, etc. *Analyzing sales trends and making recommendations as necessary. *Caring for quality control/quality assurance and complying with thelaw.

2) Increases Profits: *Researching new business opportunities through various sources andcontacts and developing new business. *Developing economic options for customers. *Developing effective distribution channels of supply. *Developing effective business plans, reviewing progress on a regularbasis, and making recommendations in order to grow the Company's lubricantbusiness.

3) Provides After-Sales Support: *Following-up on orders received to ensure satisfactory completion ofcontract terms (requirements, delivery, payment schedule, etc). *Troubleshooting problems in a timely manner.

4) Handles Delivery/Order/Invoice: *Receiving the purchase order from the customers and after checking,send confirmations. *Creating the purchase order and sending to the supplier and/or thedistributor. *Checking the invoice and sending to the customer.


2. Secondary Job Functions

1) Keeps Senior Management Informed: *Identifying strength and weakness of the Company's processes andrecommending changes. *Reporting problems immediately to General Manager(GM) and Managing Director(MD)verbally or in writing in order to avoid confusion and further problems.

2) Performs General AdministrativeTasks: *Writing and distributing reports, entering data and distributing mailand faxes when necessary. *Filing documents correctly.

3) Ensures Smooth Operations: *Establishing guidelines. *Making business manual. 3. Common Job Functions 1) Contributes to Team Effort: *Being flexible in work assignments. *Covering other staff as needed.

2) Acts on Constructive Feedback: *Listening to feedback given by peers, supervisors and customers, andusing it to improve performance.

3) Seeks Continual Improvement: *Examining departmental work processes, research procedures,administrative procedures, etc... *Recommending changes where appropriate. *Improving usage of software applications in order to improve skills. Requirements University degree Advanced level of EnglishB to B sales / business development experience Business trips Ability to read, analyze and interpretgeneral business periodicals, professional journals and/or government regulations in English. Ability to write reports, businesscorrespondence and procedure manuals in English. Ability to effectively present informationand respond to questions from managers, staff, clients, customers and the general public in English. Business – level Ability or written andverbal French and other language is preferred.
