Warehouse Operation Manager

Warehouse operations manager

Responsibility:

• Will play a leading role in daily warehouse operations control

• Responsible for team management of 150+ people per shift

• Will setup operational KPIs, control performance and report to management

• Will be responsible for operational improvement suggestions and implementations

• Will be required to setup fair but performance oriented working environment

• Will be primary contact to customer daily requirements follow-up

Proficiency requirements:

• Preferred University or Secondary school degree

• 10+ years working experience in manufacturing/industrial/logistics company

• 3+ years proven track record in Warehouse or Manufacturing operations management

• Excellent PC skills, knowledge of WMS system is a must (SAP WMS preferred)

• Possesses above average understanding of process control

• Able to lead projects in complex environment and diverse cultures

• Able to see problems through customer eyes

• Costs cautious

• Able to adapt to new working environment within customer organization

Personal characteristics:

• Native Czech or Slovak language

• Fluent English is required

• Analytical thinking

• Attention to detail

• Excellent observation skills

• Result driven

• Able to organize himself, as well as others

• Customer minded

• Excellent presentation and communication skills
