Job description:
• - Preparing the payroll for several of our European affiliates
• - Administration for employee benefits, such as insurances and meal vouchers
• - HR related data control (Vacation, Sickness, Overtime control)
• - General HR administration and employee's file control
• - Answering HR related questions from employees
• - Preferably a bachelor degree or similar by experience
• - 2-5 years of experience in payroll processing in an international environment
• - Experience as Payroll Specialist
• - Having experience in a multicultural work environment is a plus
• - Discrete and responsible
• - Able to work accurately and in detail
• - Good communications skills
• - Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• - Good knowledge of Excel
