Business Data Analyst
The person will be responsible for the development, analysis & maintenance of all required reports. You will develop, analyze and maintains our Sales-reporting-system You will be supporting internal clients on all levels to help resolve reporting issues and provide answer in a timely manner You will be importing, cleaning, transforming, validating or modeling data to draft conclusions from or for decision making purposes You will be translating managers requirements into reporting deliverables You will be assisting the sales team with dashboard and report generation You will be analyzing data using tools like Microsoft Excel, SAP Business Object, etc You will be collaborating with colleagues from other affiliates in Europe and in Japan
Profile
Bachelor education in economics or any specialization in statistics, reporting, finance 1-4 years of data analysis experience Basic understanding of economic principles and sales strategies Ability to frequently communicate orally figures Ability to perform basic mathematic calculations and analyze Adhere to all established company policies, procedures, and safety rules as outlined Ability to independently, resourcefully, and creatively research and implement new solutions Working knowledge of analysis and reporting tools: such as example: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, VBA, SQL, SAS Business Object, RegioGraph
Other skills: Strong Interpersonal communication skills, analytical skills Reliable cooperative personality with high level of ownership Creative, responsive and adaptive in a dynamic environment Must have the aptitude and desire to learn new competencies and skills Ability to independently, resourcefully, and creatively research and implement new solutions Working knowledge of analysis and reporting tools
