Job Description
Create and implement the annual Home Sewing Machines (HSM) and Quilting machine marketing and sales strategy plan to achieve the annual sales target set for HSM/Quilting machine Home Sewing Machines (HSM) and Quilting product development and planning from research to launch Acquire and develop new HSM and Quilting machine sales channel marketing including internet sales Advertisement including digital marketing like HP, facebook, apps and sales promotion planning Conduct forecast, plan and create marketing budget Monitor the sales performance of distributors and dealers Conduct market research on competitor’s new products, pricing, etc... Cooperate with different departments on marketing strategy and other ad hoc duties as required Responsible for developing marketing campaign for all print and electronic media. Manage graphic designers, webmasters, web designers for marketing activities
Qualifications: ---- Home Sewing Machines ( HSM ) sales or marketing experiece - required ----- - Diploma holder in Marketing and Sales or equivalent - Previous marketing or sales experience (3-4 years) in Home Sewing Machines (HSM) industry or quilting machine industry experience preferred - Good communication, interpersonal, negotiation skills - Good team player and sales and marketing oriented - Computer Literacy - Highly motivated and driven
