Duties:
• Developing and overseeing daily operations to achieve business objectives and increase market share of Beauty Care category
• Preparation and implementation of marketing strategy for Beauty Care category
- selection of an appropriate product portfolio based on market analysis,
- the correct price positioning based on analysis of competition,
- cooperation with Sales in the management of distribution channels for products in Beauty Care category,
- support Marketing Communications in the preparation of marketing and promotional action and close cooperation with the sales department when determining pricing conditions; monitoring of the promotional campaigns
• Market monitoring: monitoring competition, periodic visits to stores, monthly visits to major customers, reporting
• Cooperation with HQ and other departments to resolve daily operational issues related to sales and marketing
• Active participation and organization of fairs, sponsored events and product demonstrations,
• Assistance in the development of materials related to the introduction of a new product (manuals, promotional materials, etc.).
• Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor not included in the job description
Requirements:
• Min. 5 years of experience on similar position
• University degree, Marketing Management preferred
• knowledge of business and management principles and practices
• quantitative and business analysis skills
