Payroll Specialist

Your major tasks include:
- Payroll for 10 European sales offices in cooperation with local payroll providers
- Bonus and salary calculations
- Implementation and management of employee benefits, such as insurances, pension plans
- Report and analysis of HR related data (vacation, sickness, overtime)
- HR administration and employee's file control
- Advising colleagues, management and employees regarding social legislation
- Answering HR related questions from employees
- Implementation of optimization processes
- Installment of HR policies
Profile:
- You have a bachelor degree or similar by experience
- You have 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing in an international environment
- Having experience in a multicultural work environment is a plus
- You are discrete and responsible
- You are able to work accurately and in detail
- You possess good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Knowledge of German/Hungarian/Polish/Czech is a plus
- You have advanced knowledge of Excel
