JOB DESCRIPTION:
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
1) Customer and supplier quality support
- Cowork with Responsible for customer and supplier correspondence.
- Visit customers and suppliers to make negotiation with them for quality issues and corrective action.
- Develop and support projects launched for example making PPAP, environmental and other documents required by customers, evaluating producing processes, etc.
- Approve incoming parts by confirming specifications and rejecting and returning unacceptable parts.
- Supplier evaluation and audit
2) ISO management
- Responsible for ISO 9001 management of our operation.
Requested skill
- Well communication skill
- Knowledge and experience of TS16949 / ISO9001 management.
- PPAP and standard documentation skill including Control Plan, FMEA,
- Inspection Report, and Gage R&R
