A global High-Tech Automotive company is currently looking for suitable candidates for the position of HR Manager. This is a great opportunity for capable candidates, who wants to work with international team. If you have min. 3-4 years of HR Management experience at Production company and knowledge of English at least at Business level, do not hesitate to apply for this position.
HR Manager
Responsibilities:
* Realisation of the group HR strategy and policy.
* Providing advice for management on HR issues, supporting and achieving business results.
* Development of remuneration and motivation systems.
* Management of employee performance management process.
* Planning and implementing training and development programs.
* Managing HR, compensation & benefits budget.
* Management of personnel affairs.
* Responsibility of all legal HR aspects.
* Coordination of HR Department team.
* Working with the local and group management team.
* Point of contact with trade unions.
* Reporting to Company President
Requirements:
* Minimum 3-4 years Management experience in HR management role.
* Experience in manufacturing industry a must, preferably automotive industries.
* Advanced or Fluent English is required.
* Knowledge of Polish labour code.
* Experience in working in an international environment required.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Excellent leadership skills.
* Strong character with decision making abilities.
