IT Manager at Worldwide High-Tech Japanese Electronics factory in Poland
A global High-Tech Japanese Electronics factory is currently looking for suitable candidates for the position IT Manager. This is a great opportunity of the Manager position for capable candidate, who wants to lead international IT team. If you have 3-5 years experience in IT field, do not hesitate to apply for this position.
IT Manager
Tasks:
• Managing company IT service totally;
• Responsibility for all IT related issues;
• Conforming to standards and strategies of global business development;
• Managing 5 – 6-person team;
• Improving the quality and productivity of the team;
• Supporting the team in the building of competence;
• Working with share service providers:
IT dept has 2 shared service providers: one is German branch, for ERP and many of infrastructure service such as network, security and PC software. Another is located in Japan, for manufacturing & logistics system.
Requirements:
• Master degree,
• Very important: 3 – 5-year experience in IT at managerial position in manufacturing companies (international corporations preferred),
• Fluent English,
• Experience in IT system implementation,
• Experience in IT shared service (provider or user),
• Experience in Service Level Agreement,
• Experience in Risk analysis/ Quality assurance,
• Very good practical and theoretical knowledge of Project Management,
• Perfect knowledge of MS Office applications,
• Perfect knowledge of mail applications MS Outlook,
• Perfect knowledge of Windows,
• Knowledge of database such as MSSQL,
• Skill of time management and keeping deadlines,
• Team player,
• Leadership and high-motivation,
• Excellent interpersonal skills,
• Problem solving skill,
• Honesty and reliability,
• Diligence and accuracy,
• References from the previous employers will be very welcome.
