A global High-Tech Japanese company is currently looking for suitable candidates for the positions of Senior Import Specialist. This is a great opportunity for capable candidates, who wants to work with international team. If you have min. 4 years of logistics experience at international companies and knowledge of English at least at Business level, do not hesitate to apply for this position.
Requirements:
- Masters Degree
- At least 4 years of experience in international company
- Advanced knowledge of customs law; tariffs of duties, international trade, commercial law, international transport
- Good MS Office, MRP / MRP II (SAP) systems experience
- Fluent English language knowledge (spoken and written)
- Well-organized, focused, disciplined person;
- Ability to work independently;
- Strong business minded attitude;
- Ability to maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts
- Experience in a multi-national company, preferably in a similar sector will be advantage
Main duties:
Import CoordinationReliable and meticulous checking of business documentationChecking of HS Codes and DutiesCoordination of customs clearance processCoordination of components supplying processCooperation with customs authorities, Customs Agencies, logistics operators and shipping carriers.
Generating and sending monthly INTRASTAT reportCreation and analysis of reports and data in logistic process.
Responsibility:
- Responsible for checking commercial documentation used in import process;
- Responsible for correctness of tariff of duties, calculated duties and taxes in import process;
